If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 30 days of receipt. This gives you ample time to evaluate the product and decide if it meets your expectations.

What Can Be Returned?

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original, undamaged condition

• Packaged with all original components and accessories

• Returned in its original packaging

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

How to Initiate a Return

Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. Our support team will guide you through the return process.

We will provide return instructions, including the return address and any applicable steps you’ll need to follow. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used, damaged, or installed hardware

• Custom or clearance items

• Tools returned without authorization

Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend using a tracked service and keeping your shipping receipt.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued within 5–10 business days. The refund will be made to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Received a Faulty Product?

If your item arrives damaged or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Please include photographs and a brief explanation. We’ll resolve the issue promptly—whether that means a refund, replacement, or other resolution.
